However, we stand firmly behind our promise of authenticity and quality. If you receive a product that is not up to our claimed standards — whether it’s adulterated, compromised, or not the premium saffron we guarantee — you are eligible for a 100% money-back guarantee.

To request a refund under our guarantee, please contact us at care@houseofzfrn.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Kindly include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or evidence, if applicable

Once received , we will process your refund with 2 business days and the amount will be credited in your account within 5-7 business days.
We are committed to resolving all genuine quality concerns promptly and fairly.

Return and Cancellations

Due to hygiene and safety concerns around food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once your saffron order has been delivered.

That said, you may cancel your order any time before it is shipped. Simply email us at care@houseofzfrn.com or message us via Instagram with your order number.

Cancellation: You can cancel the order within 24 hours

For Transit damage Claims

To qualify for a full refund in case of damage during shipping, we kindly ask that you:

  1. Record a clear opening/unboxing video from the moment the package is opened
  2. Ensure the video shows the seal, the damage, and the saffron itself without any cuts or edits
  3. Share the video with us within 48 hours of delivery

This helps us verify the issue quickly and take it up with our logistics partners.

Shipping Policy

We aim to ship all orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to follow your order’s journey.

We currently ship across India (and can add international shipping soon if applicable).

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but most domestic orders are delivered within 4–7 business days.
